Data la sua ubicazione e le caratteristiche geometriche ed edilizie, l’asset risulta essere idoneo all’insediamento di attività industriali, attività di manu­tenzione del materiale rotabile alla logistica ferroviaria. In aggiunta po­trebbe accogliere servizi, attività artigianali, commercio al dettaglio, logisti­ca di primo e ultimo miglio.
