L’area è costituita da parte dell’ex Scalo ferroviario con una superficie complessiva di ca. mq. 3.500. Sull’area insistono un fabbricato ex spogliatoio movimento, un fabbricato ex uffici, un ex magazzino merci e un parcheggio.

The area consists of part of the former Railway Yard with a total surface of approx. 3,500 square meters. A former dressing room building, a former office building, a former freight warehouse and a parking lot are located on the area.
