La città di Ventimiglia, nota anche come "la porta occidentale d'Italia", "la Città di confine" o "la Porta Fiorita d'Italia", intrattiene forti rapporti economico e sociali con la vicina Costa Azzurra, in particolare Montecarlo che è a pochi chilometri. Il turismo e il commercio la rendono la città più movimentata della provincia dal punto di vista dei traffici ferroviari, stradali e autostradali.

L’area disponibile alla trasformazione si estende per circa 30 ettari, fiancheggiando a est il Fiume Roja, con una conformazione allungata e pianeggiante.

Allo stato attuale sono presenti il fascio dei binari dello scalo ferroviario dismesso e alcuni fabbricati in buone condizioni. L’intervento prevede la realizzazione di 145.000 metri quadrati di superficie commerciale e 81.000 metri quadrati di superficie produttiva. Lo spazio è congeniale anche per uso logistico.

The city of Ventimiglia, also known as "the western gate of Italy", "the border city" or "the Porta Fiorita d'Italia", has strong economic and social relations with the nearby Côte d'Azur, in particular with Montecarlo which is a few kilometers. Tourism and commerce make it the busiest city in the province from the point of view of rail, road and motorway traffic.

The area available for processing extends for about 30 hectares, flanking the Roja River to the east, with an elongated and flat conformation.

At present there are the beam of the tracks of the abandoned railway yard and some buildings in good condition. The project involves the construction of 145.000 square meters of commercial area and 81.000 square meters of production area. The space is also suitable for logistic uses.
