La cittadina ubicata nel ponente ligure in provincia di Imperia è località di interesse storico e turistica ai piedi del colle Cervo di fronte al mare.

Le aree disponibili alla trasformazione insistono sulla tratta a binario unico della ferrovia Genova-Ventimiglia dismessa a partire dal 2001, con una variante di tracciato, e più recentemente funzionali alla realizzazione della “ciclovia Tirrenica” tra Ventimiglia (IM) e Civitavecchia (RM).

Allo stato attuale lo storico fabbricato viaggiatori di fine Ottocento è parzialmente utilizzato come sede della Polizia locale.

L'indirizzo urbanistico attualmente in fase di definizione ipotizza per le aree ferroviarie dismesse di Cervo una destinazione ad uffici e/o terziario. Sull’area esistono già due aree parcheggio per un totale di circa 100 posti auto.

The town located in the west of Liguria in the province of Imperia is a town of historical and tourist interest, at the foot of the hill Cervo facing the sea.

The areas available to the transformation insist on the single-track section of the Genoa-Ventimiglia railway abandoned from 2001, with a variant of route, and more recently functional to the construction of the "Tirrenica cycle route" between Ventimiglia and Rome.

At present the historic building of the station that dates to the late nineteenth century is the headquarter of the local police.

The urban address currently being defined assumes for the abandoned railway areas of Cervo an office and tertiary destination . On the area there are already two parking lots for a total of about 100 parking spaces.
