It is situated in the centre between the new HSR Station of Porta Susa (underground station) and the new museum centre of the former Officine Grandi Riparazioni, at the intersection between Corso Bolzano and Corso Vittorio Emanuele, in the area where the new Courthouse, the Central Library and the Polytechnic are also located. The maximum allowed height for the building is 150 m + 15% technical floors and 38 floors. The functions provided for are maximum 90% tertiary and minimum 10% ASPI (activities and services for people and businesses). 7.000 sqm plus 4.770 sqm shall be transferred to the Town respectively for parking lots and public services.
